- Half-hour reception before lunch/dinner: $12 per person. Select four options.
- One hour of service: $20 per person. Select five options.
- Two hours of service: $25 per person. Select five options.
Reception Stations
Build a reception menu with savory stations, sweet stations, or larger service options for groups.
Antipasti Station: $18 per person
Minimum 20 people.
- Display of grilled vegetables, roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, farfalle primavera, mixed olives, sliced genoa salami, prosciutto, capicola, and imported provolone and mozzarella cheeses
- Bread sticks, assorted focaccia and parmesan toasts
Protein add-ons:
- Baby lamb chops with mignonette sauce: additional $6.95 per person
- Marinated chicken kabobs with dipping sauce: additional $4.95 per person
Asian Station: $20 per person for first hour
Minimum 20 people.

Carving Station: $25 per person for first hour
Minimum 50 people.

- $200 fee for uniformed chef to carve on-site.

Cheese and Fruit Display: $10 per person

Crudités Station: $7 per person
An elaborate display of crudités with choice of two dipping sauces, listed below:

Dessert Station: $14 per person
Minimum 20 people.

Empanada Station: $9.95 per person

Mediterranean Station: $18 per person

Consumption Pricing
Pricing is based on the quantity consumed at the event. After the event, we will determine the final cost.
- House champagne/prosecco: $24 per bottle
- Mixed drinks: $12 per drink
- Red or white wine: $30 per bottle
- Premium beer: $7 per bottle
- Includes Corona, Blue Moon, Sam Adams, Stella Artois, IPAs, and hard cider
- Bottled water: $1.50 per bottle
- Juice, assorted: $2 per bottle
