Fall Festival at Haven Plaza

All are invited to enjoy live jazz, free warm soup*, and the Great Pumpkin Giveaway!* Food drive donations will be accepted. Take a Break to release body tension and stress. CUIMC results from the CU Steppin' Through History Step Challenge will be announced and prizes will be distributed to CUIMC facuty and staff winners.

Take a Break: Stretch and Reset SessionLed by by the University’s Ergonomist, Kevin Myers, each session starts with stretches aimed to lengthen and restore muscles, followed by guided imagery meditation to relax the mind and body. After participating, you will feel renewed with with relaxed muscles and a new perspective as you take on the day. Registration is not required. Bring a friend. Participants can check-in at the CU Office of Work/Life table on Haven Plaza. |
