Resolved: Our hosting vendor has resolved all issues and editors can resume editing as normal. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Issues
The issue was caused by an outage from our hosting vendor. This caused logged-in users to experience errors or site outages. Logged-out users in most cases were able to view a cached version of the site.
