Mentor/Mentee Trainings
Mentorship, sponsorship, and coaching are essential to both training and career advancement in scientific and biomedical fields. However, not all faculty have access to high-quality mentorship. Effective mentors need tools, training, and self-awareness to provide optimal guidance and support.
PriME – Pathway to Mentorship Series
The Irving Institute for Clinical and Translational Science and the CUIMC Office of Faculty Professional Development, Diversity, and Inclusion have created the PriME: Pathway to Mentorship Series—a five-part program designed to equip mentors with the skills to navigate the "hidden curriculum" of mentorship. This curriculum includes the unspoken norms and expectations critical to successful mentoring relationships, such as interpersonal skills, professional development, and fostering workforce well-being.
