The CUIMC Educator Development Certificate

In collaboration with the VP&S Office of Medical Education, the CUIMC Office of Faculty Professional Development and Engagement, and the Columbia Center for Teaching and Learning CUIMC office, the CUIMC Educator Development Certificate of Participation (CEDC) program is an evidence-based, faculty-driven, professional development series for educators (clinician-educators) at VP&S. Participants are encouraged to complete the required workshops as a cohort, though individual sessions can be taken ad-hoc.
To receive a certificate, participants must complete the five required workshops (including the CUIMC Summer Institute; see below for more information), and three electives (one must be an *elective; see below for more information).
Curriculum
