“Being an Effective Mentor: Fundamental Principles”
The BEAM (Building Excellence in Academic Mentorship) Series and Certificate Program is a new faculty development program designed to strengthen the quality, consistency, and equity of mentorship across CUIMC. This evidence-based, faculty-driven series offers online and in-person sessions to maximize opportunities to attend for our busy faculty and researchers. Attendees may attend sessions of BEAM to count toward a BEAM CORE certification. More information is available on our website.
