Lourival Baptista-Neto, MD
Dr. Baptista-Neto is a Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, serves as Vice-Chair of Clinical services in the Department of Psychiatry and is the Chief Well-Being Officer at CUIMC. He is a bilingual, board-certified child/adolescent and adult psychiatrist and maintains a general psychiatry practice that focuses on Anxiety and Mood disorders.

Colleen Cullen, PsyD
Dr. Cullen is an Associate Professor of Medical Psychology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and is the Executive Director and Chief Quality Officer of the Psychiatry Faculty Practice Organization. She is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, individuals and families with advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and is a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™.

Erin Engle, PsyD
Dr. Engle is an Assistant Professor of Medical Psychology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and serves as Clinical Director of Columbia University Psychiatry Special Services within the Neurological Institute. Dr. Engle is a licensed clinical psychologist with intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and provides individual and group therapy for mood and anxiety disorders using mindfulness and a skills-based cognitive behavioral approach, and she specializes in the treatment of borderline personality disorder and self-injurious behaviors.

Elizabeth M. Fitelson, MD
Dr. Fitelson is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and is the Director of the Women’s and Reproductive Mental Health (WARM) program in the Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Fitelson is a board-certified psychiatrist, and her expertise is the evaluation of the treatment of psychiatric disorders across the female life cycle. She also has experience in crisis management, ECT assessment, ECT assessment, and resident and medical student education.

Jared O’Garro Moore, PhD
Dr. O’Garro-Moore is an Assistant Professor of Medical Psychology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He specializes in the treatment of adults with mood and anxiety disorders as well as personality disorders.

Laurel Mayer, MD
Dr. Mayer is a Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and serves as the Director of the NYP House Staff Mental Health Services. Dr. Mayer is a board-certified psychiatrist, and her current research interests focus on using sophisticated eating behavior paradigms to evaluate eating behavior across the eating and weight disordered spectrum.
