CUIMC Office of Well-Being

The Office of Well-Being will address immediate and long-term needs for achieving and sustaining well-being in the workplace at CUIMC. The initiative will continue to offer and advocate for mental health support, and will also focus on improving organizational processes, building our community, and investing in training. Ultimately, our goal is to achieve an overarching culture that promotes employee well-being throughout the medical center. Using your feedback, the initiative will proactively identify organizational needs and offer high-impact programming to address them. Please contact us at with questions, feedback, and input.

CUIMC Well-Being Best Practices

The CUIMC Well-Being Best Practices Toolkit for Leaders is inspired by the CUIMC Well-Being Framework and CUIMC Well-Being Survey results. You may choose to use this toolkit as a step-by-step guide for creating well-being in your workplace, or you can use the toolkit as a resource for ideas as you implement specific local changes aimed at improving well-being. This toolkit uses a holistic approach that acknowledges the sophisticated realms of well-being for every individual and group of people and will continue to evolve as we learn more about your experiences at CUIMC. If you have feedback or questions about the toolkit or resources within, please contact
