The LGBTQ+ ERG aims to be a strategic partner with CUIMC to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion fostering community, learning, and allyship around sexual orientation and gender identity at CUIMC. Open to all employees, we offer programs, resources, and partnerships that deepen understanding, support respectful workplaces, and build connections across the medical center. We serve as a visible, accessible resource at the medical center.  Our education, networking, and visibility efforts are designed to benefit all employees while centering perspectives from LGBTQ+ colleagues.
