The mission of the Latinx ERG is to be a strategic partner with CUIMC and develop a network within the CUIMC community to promote the cultural diversity, inclusion, and professional development of its members. Thereby creating a supportive environment for the Latinx/Hispanic community and contributing to the success of Columbia University’s mission.
