CUIMC Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Employee Resource Groups (also known as Employee Resource Networks, Business Network Groups, or Affinity Groups) are voluntary groups of employees who join together in their workplace based on shared characteristics or life experiences and serve as a resource for members and the organization by fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace aligned with organizational goals.
ERGs* will support Columbia University’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion through their efforts in the workplace and community. All staff at Columbia University Irving Medical Center are invited to join/create an Employee Resource Group.
