VP&S Faculty Recognized at 2019 Honors Luncheon

VP&S faculty who were promoted or received notable appointments, honors, and awards during the 2018-19 academic year were honored at the annual VP&S Dean’s Honors Luncheon.

The June event, hosted by Lee Goldman, MD, dean of the Faculties of Health Sciences and Medicine, included a musical performance by Lily Liao’22 and Patricia Ho’26, members of the medical school’s Musicians' Guild.

During the 2018-19 academic year, 32 VP&S faculty members were appointed to endowed professorships, 21 received tenure, 33 were promoted to professor, and 65 were appointed to associate professor. Faculty accomplishments recognized by outside national and international organizations also were honored.
