Nursing Graduate: "This was the validation I needed”

At Columbia Nursing’s 2014 graduation ceremony on May 20, 169 students received Bachelor of Science degrees, 202 received Master of Science degrees, 15 received Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees, and six received PhD degrees.
Among the 2014 graduates was Maxwell Tom, who wrote about a powerful experience he had when a patient recognized him on the street months after their clinical encounter.
