**Celebration Marks Completion of Steel Beam Work**

WHAT: A “Topping Out” Celebration will mark the completion of the structural steel beam work for the new Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of NewYork-Presbyterian. When the nine-story, 250,000 square-foot facility is completed, it will be one of largest and most technologically advanced children’s hospitals in the world. Located at 165th Street and Broadway on the site of an old parking lot adjacent to the existing Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital, the $120 million facility is scheduled for completion in March 2003.
