Students pursuing doctoral degrees at Columbia Nursing have started a campaign to raise money to buy protective latex gloves for health care workers in West Africa who are on the front lines of the Ebola epidemic. The students designed fluorescent orange winter gloves to sell to New Yorkers bracing for a rough winter. Money raised will be used to buy latex gloves for workers treating Ebola patients.

Each pair of gloves purchased funds the donation of 100 pairs of medical gloves to workers involved in Ebola treatment.

More information about the campaign is available at www.gloves4gloves.com.
