Well-Being for Women: Strategies and Resources for Holistic Well-Being
This engaging and informative session is designed for women working at the medical center, with a focus on enhancing well-being across all stages of life. Participants will explore practical tips, tools, and resources to support their well-being, support personal and professional fulfillment, and overall work/life integration.
A representative from NYPBeHealthy will also join to share well-being resources and benefits.

Instructors:
Daniela Elazari, Director of Well-Being, Office of Work/Life. Daniela is a credentialed Registered Dietitian and has completed training in various areas of well-being, including fitness, mindfulness, mental health, and healthy space and design, supporting a more holistic approach to well-being
Rebecca Balkin, Associate Director, Office of Work/Life. Rebecca focuses on a range of work/life issues to support Columbia faculty and staff, including lactation support, back-up care, flexibility, and more.
