About Simone Lelchuk

Simone K. Lelchuk, Esq., is a claims administrator whose expertise is focused on the resolution of complex civil disputes. Simone is recognized for her pragmatic and empathic approach in both her administration of settlement funds and her mediations. She went through a trauma-informed intensive training and received a Trauma Informed Certification from the National Center for Equity & Agency. 

Ms. Lelchuk’s work focuses on mass torts, sexual harassment and assault, sexual discrimination, and Title IX. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City and her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Ohio University. During college, Simone played Division I lacrosse and was captain of the team during her senior year. She also earned Academic All-American each of her four years at Ohio University.
