COVID-19 Update for our Patients

Patients who have an appointment scheduled should be in touch with our office to determine if they should:

  • Keep the scheduled appointment
  • Convert the appointment to a video-visit (Please see our Telehealth Guide - Guide in Spanish - on how to prepare for a video-visit)
  • Defer the appointment until a later date when they are able to see the physician in person.

Staff will assist them with adjusting their appointment if needed, including conversion to a televisit.


The duration of this situation is unknown at present, but is expected to last at least through the end of April and quite possibly longer.


We encourage all of our patients to sign up for Connect, our online patient portal.  An active Connect account is needed in order to participate in a video visit.  Additionally, you can access to your medical records, send non-urgent messages to the office ,and take advantage of other convenient self-service functions.  You may contact the office at (212) 305-3535 and have an activation code sent to you, or you may utilize the Self-Sign-Up function.
