I am a Professor in the Department of Statistics and Center for Theoretical Neuroscience, and also the Co-director of the Grossman Center for the Statistics of Mind. My group develops statistical methodology for understanding how neurons encode information, how we might infer the connectivity of large populations of neurons, and how to decode information from the brain.
